The J is seeking energetic, reliable Soccer Coaches for our upcoming season. Coaches play a key role in delivering a positive, fun, and safe youth soccer experience while serving as leaders and ambassadors for our program. Our grassroots soccer program emphasizes skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game.
Coaches may lead clinics, assist with programming, and occasionally serve in a customer service or referee capacity. Experience as a coach, competitive player, or referee is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings energy, professionalism and a passion for working with youth.
If you are passionate about youth development and enjoy being active in a community-centered environment, we'd love to connect with you.
Schedule
We are hiring reliable part-time staff for 5-10 hours per week to lead or support soccer clinics and soccer programs for 3-14 year old's on weeknights and/or Sundays.
The Spring season runs March to May. Other coaching opportunities may also present themselves.
