Responsible for full ownership of the Accounts Receivable function, including customer collections, warranty receivables, sales credits, cash application, and account reconciliation. Provides administrative support to business operations through vendor management, fleet administration, facility coordination, and expense report review.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (Primary Responsibility)
• Manage all customer accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Administer warranty receivables, sales credits, rebates, and related recoveries.
• Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Office Administration & Operations Support
• Manage relationships with facility vendors and coordinate maintenance and service activities.
• Administer company vehicle fleet records, registrations, maintenance, and vendor support.
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate office supplies, administrative records, and general office support functions.
• Assist operations management with reports, special projects, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
