Job Role / Responsibilities
The SOC Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of the Security Operations Center, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of detection and response capabilities.
This role combines hands-on operational oversight, strategic process ownership, customer engagement, and close collaboration with detection engineering and automation teams. The SOC Manager works in close partnership with the wider SOC management team to ensure consistent service delivery, shared operational standards, and alignment of priorities across regions.
While the role has a primary focus on customers in the UK and Ireland, the SOC Manager also actively supports customers globally, contributing to cross-regional operational initiatives, knowledge sharing, and service optimization. The SOC Manager ensures that daily operations remain aligned with defined processes, service expectations, and evolving threat landscapes, while actively driving optimization, service maturity, and customer satisfaction.
