In this critical leadership role, you will coordinate and be responsible for the development of high-performance SoCs from concept through product launch. This is a deeply technical position requiring end-to-end expertise and the ability to operate across functional and geographic boundaries. You will orchestrate multi-functional technical execution and help shape Arm’s future in advanced semiconductor technologies such as 2.5D/3D integration and sub-2nm process nodes.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Definition: Partner with line-of-business and architecture teams to define product requirements and success criteria.
  • Technical leadership: Drive alignment across architecture, front-end development, physical implementation, packaging, software, silicon validation, test, product engineering, quality, and post-silicon operations
  • Execution Ownership Serve as the technical point of contact for the assigned product(s), both internally and externally, throughout the development lifecycle
  • Program Planning Assess required engineering resources and competencies, propose execution timelines, and supervise program health
  • Change control: Scrutinize the feature improvement requests and lead the engineering change order process
  • Continuous Improvement Conduct technical capability assessments and feed insights back into tools, methodologies, and team development plans.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. degree or experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, with a strong computer architecture, design and product engineering background.
  • Direct experience of the full ASIC development lifecycle, from architecture to silicon bring-up and post-silicon commercialization.
  • Proven success in owning the architecture, and development of complex SoCs, ideally across multiple market segments
  • Understanding of Arm-based SoC architecture, compute IPs, interconnect, low-speed and speed peripheral interfaces.

“Nice To Have” Skills :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong initiative and open in engaging and learning new concepts and sharing with collaborators
  • Proven ability in product definition, architecture, design, system SW and silicon validation.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, including early-stage concept development and go-to-market readiness.

In Return:

We are proud to have a set of behaviors that reflect our culture and guide our decisions, defining how we work together to surpass ordinary and shape outstanding!
