Job Description

• Process and review operational requests using the Maker-Checker principle.
• Prepare and validate Standard Instruction Memos (SIM), customer documents, and supporting records.
• Maintain and update customer information (CIF) and perform data maintenance in banking systems.
• Conduct customer name screening and verify supporting documents for compliance purposes.
• Monitor daily operations, perform end-of-day reconciliation, and ensure service level commitments are met.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and retrieval purposes.
• Support system testing, business continuity exercises, and disaster recovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
