Job Description

[What the role is]

To support the institution wide implementation of the Enhanced Learning Pathways (ELP) framework by ensuring consistent interpretation of guidelines, coordinated implementation across Schools, and alignment with Senate approved parameters.

[What you will be working on]

1. Framework Implementation & Coordination

  • Coordinate the implementation of Enhanced Learning Pathways across Schools and relevant units.
  • Support Schools in aligning pathway offerings with approved frameworks, templates and approval authorities.

2. Systems Enablement

  • Act as the business owner for Enhanced Learning Pathways requirements in systems development.
  • Work with the Digital Solutions & Services Department to define business rules and workflow requirements for ELP‑related system enhancements.
  • Validate functional specifications to ensure system design and behaviour are aligned with approved policy intent.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Quality Assurance

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of the framework.
  • Monitor implementation practices across Schools to identify inconsistencies or deviations.
  • Support internal communications and change management relating to Enhanced Learning Pathways.

[What we are looking for]

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in academic administration, policy implementation or governance related work.
  • Strong ability to translate policy intent into operational and system requirements.
  • Good stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
