Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing clients
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and transactions
• Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
