In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering reliable network and telecommunications services, this role will see you support the design, performance and resilience of critical WAN, LAN, wireless and telco platforms.

You will lead and resolve complex network issues, work with partners and vendors, and help ensure connectivity services run smoothly across Transport operations.

About you

Your strong network engineering and problem‑solving skills, built through experience in enterprise or telecoms environments, will see you confidently design solutions, resolve incidents and support secure, high‑availability networks.

You’re recognised as a trusted technical specialist, skilled at working collaboratively, mentoring others and turning operational needs into practical network solutions.

ANSTO is one of Australia’s largest public research organisations and custodian of much of our country’s important science infrastructure, including the OPAL nuclear research reactor, the Australian Synchrotron, accelerators, cyclotrons and neutron beam instruments.
