We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a busy, independent casual fine dining restaurant in Leeds city centre This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen delivering modern British cuisine using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
You will join a large kitchen brigade of 20+ chefs, working closely with the Head Chef in a structured but creative environment with real input on menus and development.
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in running a high-volume, fresh food kitchen. You will help maintain consistent food quality, lead service, and contribute to ongoing menu development.
