In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering technology driven optimisation, project evaluation, and multi modal network insights, this role helps shape the future of transport in NSW.
This role will see you lead the development of transport technology solutions, system validation, data analytics, and evaluation methodologies to ensure evidence-based decision making that drives customer, safety, and network outcomes.
You’ll work across performance reporting, data integration, benefits realisation, and project evaluations contributing to the planning and optimisation of NSW’s complex and evolving transport network.
You will build and deliver innovative tools, insights, and evaluation approaches that enhance performance, increase efficiencies, and support project success in a dynamic, multi modal, data rich environment.
This is a permanent Hybrid role with five days a month to be spent at Parramatta Office and a further five days to be spent at either the Parramatta office, or another TfNSW location.

About you
You will be able to demonstrate your strong analytical capability, systems thinking, and project evaluation expertise, formed across transport planning, traffic engineering, modelling, data analytics, or related technical field.
Your experience will include translating complex datasets into practical insights, overcoming multi modal network challenges, and driving high quality project outcomes
You will be a skilled communicator and technical specialist, adept at interpreting complex data, designing evaluation frameworks, managing projects, and engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
You have broad experience in transport performance analysis, project governance, benefits realisation, and cross agency collaboration.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
