Job Description

Senior Product Manager

Own the brand. Shape the market. Change what diabetes care looks like in Vietnam. As Senior Product Manager, you will lead one of Novo Nordisk's most iconic GLP-1 brands in one of the fastest-evolving cardiometabolic markets in the region – setting strategy, owning the P&L, and turning bold ambition into real impact for people living with type 2 diabetes.

Your new role

You will own the brand vision, strategy and full life-cycle in Vietnam, leading its commercial growth in a rapidly expanding GLP-1 diabetes and cardiometabolic landscape. This is a senior, market-facing role where you set direction, shape the market rather than respond to it, and orchestrate a cross-functional brand team to translate strategy into measurable patient and business impact – all within full regulatory and Novo Nordisk Way compliance.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

- Owning and articulating the brand vision and annual strategy, grounded in deep market, competitor and customer insight

- Leading the brand P&L – delivering the sales target, allocating A&P investment for optimal return, and making sound trade-off decisions on resource and spend

- Defining the market, building robust demand forecasts and identifying growth drivers across diabetes and adjacent cardiometabolic segments

- Leading patient-journey and segmentation work to uncover unmet needs and design differentiated value propositions

- Designing and leading integrated omnichannel HCP and patient engagement – combining congresses, peer-to-peer and speaker programmes with digital, content and field channels

- Building and stewarding the KOL and scientific-advocacy ecosystem to advance thought leadership and brand credibility

- Directing agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality, on-strategy programmes, and equipping the field force through clear, compelling brand narratives and training

- Influencing and aligning affiliate leadership and regional stakeholders on strategy, forecasts and investment cases, while ensuring full compliance of all HCP- and consumer-facing materials

Your new department

You will join the Marketing team in our Vietnam affiliate – a close-knit, ambitious group leading one of the most dynamic GLP-1 markets in the region. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with peers across Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Customer Engagement, Finance and Compliance.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a commercially sharp, strategically minded brand leader who thrives in complexity and brings both rigour and creativity to brand leadership. You'll bring with you:

- A relevant graduate-level degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration or a related discipline

- A minimum of 7 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or related healthcare industry, including at least 4–5 years in brand or product marketing; in-market experience in diabetes, cardiometabolic or specialty therapy areas is a strong advantage

- A proven track record of owning a brand P&L and delivering growth, with prior brand or launch leadership strongly preferred

- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority

- Strong business acumen, data- and insight-driven decision making, and sharp analytical and market-research judgement, combined with omnichannel and customer-engagement fluency across HCP and patient ecosystems

- Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills, an entrepreneurial and growth-minded mindset, and AI fluency

- Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
