Provide effective operation to ensure the TN & bulk gas station is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.

Perform routine operation and field activities according to operating procedures and shift instructions.

按照操作规程和班组安排，执行日常生产操作和现场巡检。

Monitor process parameters, equipment status, and product quality, and report abnormalities in a timely manner.

监控工艺参数、设备运行状态及产品质量，发现异常及时汇报。

Assist the Plant Supervisor in shift-level production coordination and daily operation activities.

协助工厂主管开展当班生产协调和日常运行工作。

Execute safety work permits, shift handover, and routine safety inspections within the shift.

执行当班的安全作业票证、交接班和日常安全检查。

Support troubleshooting activities and follow instructions during upsets and incidents.

在工况波动或事故处理中，按照要求配合故障排查和处置。

Strictly comply with EH&S requirements, operating procedures, and site rules.

严格遵守 EHS 要求、操作规程及现场管理规定。

Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.

确保遵循工艺安全、MOC和OPHR的要求。

Support to maintain the plant reliability in order to meet sales demand through the maintenance of equipment and the schedule of plant shut-down to avoid business interruption.

通过设备保养支持维护工厂可靠性以满足销售需求，并做好停车计划以避免业务中断。

Report shift production progress and status. Report near miss / incident occurredwithin shift

报告当班生产进展和状态，报告当班的未遂事件和发生的意外事件。

Conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs.

需要时与相关人员一同进行参与故障排除根本原因分析。

Quick response to quality and process alerting. Active on upset handling to minimizes the impact on quality (no shortage on quality).Active and initiative on finding potential quality problem, analysis problem and get the solutions.

对质量和过程报警信号做出快速反应；积极处理意外事故以尽量减少对质量产生影响（无任何质量缺陷）；积极主动地寻找潜在的质量问题，分析问题并找出解决方案。

Optimum use of shift resources to achieve shift production performance in production safety, quality and capacity in line with plant targets.

合理运用轮班资源，以便在达到工厂目标的同时实现生产安全、生产质量和生产能力方面的轮班生产绩效。

Actively involved in process / productivity improvement (CI Project).

积极参与过程生产率的改进活动（CI项目）。

Help to build and maintain good relationship with all customer，Keeping good communication with customer to insure closely cooperation.

协助与客户建立并维持良好的关系，保持与客户之间的良好交流以确保紧密合作。

Any other duties as assigned and carry out tasks and requests from reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrated proven interpersonal skills.

良好的人际交往技能。

Track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection.

较强的安全、健康及环保管理意识和经验。

Experience in process plant operation, demonstrated ASU knowledge and Technical skills, ASU operations experience.

具有工厂操作经验，具备空分知识以及技术技能。

With background of Chemical engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical.2+ years ASU production plant or similar plant operating experience; junior college or college degree.

具有化学工程, 化学, 机械, 仪表, 或电气背景 2年以上空分厂或类似工厂操作经验；大专或本科学历者。

Basic understanding of process safety, plant operation, and field equipment.

具备基础的工艺安全、装置操作和设备认知能力。

Able to follow instructions, work on shift, and cooperate well within the team.

能够适应倒班，服从安排，具备良好的团队合作意识。

Good written and spoken English.

具有一定的英语说写能力。
