In this role, you'll:
Lead capital and maintenance works delivery minimizing customer disruption while keeping the network safe, reliable, and available.
Manage Network Maintenance delivery, develop team skills, and drive best practice in road infrastructure projects. Deliver safety, efficiency, and value-for-money outcomes.
Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams ensuring infrastructure projects and maintenance works meet time, cost, quality, and scope requirements while complying with legislative, environmental, and safety standards.
Ensure worker and customer safety is paramount.
Implement project controls for maintenance projects, contracts, and technical specifications.
Promote continuous improvement by monitoring performance and implementing best practices. Lead sustainability and innovation initiatives supporting network resilience and environmental responsibility.
