Responsibilities

Cost Accounting (30%):

• Production Accounting
• Update Standard Cost
• Material Master and Routing
• Labor Tracking and Reporting
• Variance Analysis & Reporting
• Project Cost Accounting

Inventory (25%):

• Account Control and Reconciliations
• Production (RM/WIP/FG), Demo, Software, and Service
• Year end physical count Audits
• Perform Cost Settlement Run in SAP

General Accounting (20%):

• Month-End Journal Entries
• Cost Accounting/Inventory/Fixed Assets
• Inventory Accounts Reconciliations
• RBNI (Received But Not Invoiced) Analysis
• Freight Analysis

Reporting (10%):

• Inventory Metrics & Roll forwards
• Prepare Month end closing and reporting

General Areas (10%):

• Audits (External & Internal)
• Internal Control Compliance
• Process Improvements
• Cross Training within the Finance Team

Fixed Assets (5%):

• Physical Count and Tagging

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Thorough knowledge in product costing, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation and inventory count
• Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office and SAP (mandatory)
• Thorough understanding of a production driven environment
• A Positive attitude at work
