  • Maintain a high level of physical readiness by ensuring your gear is functional and your body is prepared for the day’s weather and terrain.

  • Occasional travel to other resorts requires adaptability and logistical awareness.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Ability to ski or ride single black diamond terrain in all but the most extreme conditions—requiring physical strength, balance, and endurance.
  • PSIA/AASI Certification and a commitment to continuous learning through workshops and personal development.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in instruction, coaching, or youth engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional resilience to work with a wide range of personalities and age groups.
  • Digital literacy for communication and scheduling tasks.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
