Who we are
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Snowflake Data Modeller to join our Data & AI Practice. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise data modelling, information architecture, and designing scalable analytical data models within Snowflake.
Working closely with Solution Architects, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support enterprise reporting, analytics, AI, and data products. You will ensure data models are aligned with business processes, governance standards, and enterprise architecture principles while enabling consistent, trusted, and reusable data assets.
This role is ideal for an experienced data modeller who enjoys translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable data structures that support modern cloud data platforms.

What you'll bring along
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Core, Advanced) highly desirable
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles, with at least 2+ years working with Snowflake
- Strong experience designing data models for Snowflake
- Advanced SQL skills for validating and analysing data structures
- Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling
- Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling (Kimball), Data Vault, and normalized data models
- Good understanding of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers), including designing and modelling data structures appropriate for ingestion, integration, and business consumption
- Experience using data modelling tools
- Understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and enterprise data governance
- Familiarity with Common Information Models (CIM), semantic layers, and enterprise data standards
- Experience designing data models for analytics, reporting, AI, and data products
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Excellent data modelling and information architecture skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into logical data structures
