Job Summary

The Snowflake Data Architect leads the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data solutions using Snowflake and related technologies. This role provides architectural leadership, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business strategy. The architect drives innovation, sets technical direction, and enforces data governance, enabling the organization to leverage data assets for strategic advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Architectural Leadership By Designing Enterprise Data Platforms Using Snowflake, Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives And Industry Best Practices.
2. Architect And Optimize Data Pipelines And Transformation Workflows Using Dbt And Sql To Enable Efficient, Scalable, And Reliable Data Processing.
3. Define And Enforce Data Governance, Security, And Compliance Standards Within Snowflake Environments, Establishing Architectural Guidelines And Review Processes.
4. Integrate Snowflake With Python-Based Data Engineering Solutions To Support Advanced Analytics And Machine Learning Initiatives.
5. Collaborate With Business Stakeholders To Translate Requirements Into Scalable Snowflake Data Models And Solutions That Drive Strategic Initiatives.
6. Lead The Evaluation And Adoption Of Emerging Snowflake Features And Related Technologies To Ensure The Data Architecture Remains Current And Competitive.
7. Mentor And Guide Data Engineering Teams In Snowflake Best Practices, Fostering Technical Excellence And Knowledge Sharing Across The Organization.
