Brighton Ski Resort is looking for a couple of experienced snowcat operators to groom ski runs over 1000+ skiable acres for the 2026/27 ski season. With a base area of 8750’ at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon, we average 500” of snow each season, and have terrain that appeals to all riding levels. Responsibilities

  • Safe operation of a snowcat and attachments
  • Conduct daily machine inspections, maintain a clean cab, and
  • Shovel snow as needed
  • Complete shift with relatively little supervision, but also able to communicate and work efficiently with your teammates


Qualifications

  • 21+ years old
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
  • Knowledge of grooming equipment and standards is preferred (Mandatory)
  • Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
  • Able to take initiate to complete needed tasks with and without direction
  • Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends and holidays)
  • 3+ Years of cat driving experience
