On-Call Snow Removal Supervisor – Lead the Charge This Winter!Ready to step into a role where  your leadership truly matters? We’re looking for a driven, dependable  On-Call Snow Removal Supervisor to command our winter response team when the snow starts falling. This is your chance to be the hero who keeps properties safe, crews energized, and operations running smoothly during every storm.You’ll coordinate teams, manage job sites, ensure top-tier safety standards, and jump into action when winter weather hits. Competitive on-call pay, strong team environment, and the chance to own the storm!Wage Range:  $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Location: Spokane, WA Shift: ***This is an on-call position, hours each week will vary depending on weather***EQUIREMENTS:         
  • Must be able to lift up to 10lbs on a regular basis
  • Must be able to twist, bend, and squat for an extended period of time
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable personal transportation  preferred, as public buses do not run during late night shifts
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background
