Help end hunger in New Hampshire.

The New Hampshire Food Bank (NHFB) is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Outreach Coordinator. The SNAP Outreach Coordinator will assist the SNAP Outreach Team in the implementation of the Food Bank’s SNAP Outreach Plan to increase access to SNAP to eligible NH residents. Additionally, the SNAP Outreach Coordinator will provide support to the NH Nutrition Incentive Network (NHNIN) Coordinator with New Hampshire’s Gus Schumacher Nutrition Incentive Programs (GusNIP), such as Granite State Market Match (GSMM) and Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB).

Responsibilities

· Coordinate and promote NH Food Bank SNAP Outreach efforts, including responding to outreach requests, organizing events, tabling, giving presentations, and application assistance activities

· Develop and maintain outreach and tabling materials in collaboration with the Marketing Manager

· Assist clients with SNAP applications, proof submission, and enrollment follow-up support

· Support partner agencies by facilitating Application Assistance trainings and assisting with community outreach efforts

· Track outreach activities, application assistance, and partner participation in appropriate databases and assist with grant-related reporting

· Collect participant and partner testimonials, quotes, and photos to help document program impact

· Assist with training volunteers, community partners, and market partners as needed

· Participate in trainings, webinars, and meetings to stay informed on best practices, policy updates, and program resources

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, community partners, and external stakeholders

· Support Nutrition Incentive Programs through monthly newsletter creation and occasional site visits

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in a social-services related major or 4 years working in a social-services related field

· Valid Driver’s License
