The Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and optimal space utilization across all fulfillment centers. This position acts as the primary guardian of physical stock, ensuring total alignment between system records and physical quantities while minimizing stock loss, aging, and discrepancies.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Execute inventory audit programs: Design and execute daily cycle count programs, wall-to-wall stock counts, and periodic inventory audits across all warehouse locations.
  • Investigate stock variances: Analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies, stock losses, and shrinkage, implementing preventative corrective action plans.
  • Stock aging & capacity planning: Oversee inventory aging management, product slotting, putaway strategies, and storage capacity optimization.
  • Inventory disposition: Partner with Commercial, Inbound, and Outbound teams to manage slow-moving, expired, or damaged inventory disposal and liquidation processes.
  • Process compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal audit guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
  • Experience: 4+ years of inventory control and warehouse management experience within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP tools, and data analytics (Excel, SQL is a plus).
  • Track Record: Proven track record of maintaining high inventory accuracy (>99%) and managing shrinkage controls.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and team management capabilities.
