Defective Team Lead

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Defective Team Lead to manage and oversee the defective product analysis and resolution process. This role is crucial for ensuring product quality and enhancing customer satisfaction by effectively identifying and addressing product defects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the defective product analysis team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on the quality performance of products, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve product issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to defective product investigations and resolutions.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge in defect analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on defect resolutions and improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance or product analysis role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
