We are seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) – Module Engineering to lead the development and execution of our global Integrated Device Manufacturing (IDM) strategy. This highly visible role sits within our Global Asset Productivity team, connecting five world-class fabs and driving global standardization, material harmonization, and strategic initiatives. You will influence decisions at the highest levels, collaborate across engineering, procurement, quality, and ensure our roadmap delivers on cost, quality, and productivity goals. Your Role
• Develop and maintain an IDM roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Drive innovative solutions to IDM spending reduction
• Work with cross function teams to address yield improvement, excursions and best practices across fabs
• Lead the Global Material Selection program, defining the future roadmap of new materials
• Drive measurable improvements in cost across module engineering.
• Apply cost-of-ownership and benchmarking strategies to optimize spend
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and procurement teams.
• Influence decisions across engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
• Communicate effectively with executives through data-driven presentations and strategic insights
• Develop global tools to provide measurement and visibility to all factors of IDM usage and spending
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities.
Requires a technical (University) degree
BS + 8-10 years of experience or
MS + 7 or more years or
PhD + 5 or more years
Increased knowledge plus broader technical knowledge in areas outside of his or her area of expertise
