About the Role
Our client, a
leading global semiconductor assembly and test company, is seeking an
experienced Senior Process Engineer to
join its manufacturing team in Bangkok. This role is responsible for driving
process optimization, improving manufacturing performance, and supporting new
process implementation within a high-volume semiconductor production
environment.
This opportunity is
open to both local and international candidates. A relocation package is
available for successful candidates relocating to Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze
manufacturing process performance, including cycle time, yield, and scrap
rate, and develop improvement initiatives to achieve operational targets.
- Design and implement process
optimization strategies to improve efficiency, product quality, and
manufacturing performance.
- Analyze existing
manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend
effective technical solutions.
- Develop and implement process
control methods, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), to ensure
stable and consistent manufacturing processes.
- Lead process validation
activities, including protocol development, execution, documentation, and
compliance with industry requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis
and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in collaboration with
cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering,
Production, and Quality teams to develop Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) and work instructions.
- Provide technical guidance
and training to production teams on new equipment, processes, and
manufacturing procedures.
- Manage multiple engineering
projects while ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of
semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Experience with process
analysis, process modelling, Statistical Process Control (SPC),
statistical analysis, and simulation software.
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management
skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and
interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English.
