SMT Pre-Loader

2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday

4:30 PM–3:15 AM

$18.50/hr+

Join a fast-paced electronics manufacturing team preparing SMT components for production. Training provided!

What You'll Do

• Load SMT components such as reels, trays, and tubes onto feeders
• Prepare parts for automated SMT production runs
• Deliver loaded jobs to SMT production lines
• Unload and return parts as production jobs are completed
• Track and communicate part shortages or equipment needs
• Keep parts organized and handle components carefully to prevent loss or damage

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable standing, bending, stooping, and stretching throughout the shift
• Able to stay alert and focused in a production environment
• Training provided on all required equipment
