Job Description

必須要件（Must）

• 財務・会計、保険業務管理、または関連領域での5年以上の実務経験
• 会計残高照合の実務知識
• データ分析、問題解決、根本原因分析の経験
• チームマネジメントまたはピープルリーダーとしての経験
• 高いコミュニケーション能力（海外チームとの協働あり）
• 業務改善、標準化、自動化の推進経験

歓迎要件（Nice to have）

• Cadency/TM1/SAPなど財務管理または仮勘定ツールの実務経験
• プロセス移管やBPO環境でのマネジメント経験
• プロジェクト管理スキル（PMP等あれば尚可）
• グローバル環境でのステークホルダー管理経験
• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション
