我們正在招募一位具備實務經驗的SMT AOI 工程師，負責 PCBA 生產過程中 AOI 程式的建立、調校與持續優化。您將致力於提升生產中異常檢出率、確保產品品質。同時，您也將在團隊中推動智能製造自動化及 AI 應用專案，為製程創新與良率提升貢獻關鍵價值。
主要工作內容：
1. SMT AOI程式撰寫（如德律TR7700, TR7500 系列）、零件資料庫建立與程式調校。
2. 程式優化調整，提升檢測率良率並降低誤判率。
3. 與製程、品質單位合作，找出異常原因並提出改善建議。
4. 與設備商（Vendor）溝通 AOI 設備問題與功能優化。
5. 撰寫與維護SMT AOI相關 SOP、作業規範與教育訓練文件。
人才需具備：
1. 學歷： 大學本科系及以上學歷。
2. 工作經驗： 1年以上SMT AOI實務經驗，熟悉程式建立、缺陷分析及產線應用。
3. 專業知識： 熟悉德律AOI設備、AOI 操作經驗，能進行檢測參數優化與異常分析。
加分項目：
1. 任職過工業電腦、工控產品產業類別尤佳。
2. 協助訓練與調校 AI 模型，著重在實際產線應用，以提升缺陷檢出率並降低誤判率。
