1. Warehouse Operations Management:
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement warehouse management plans to optimize space utilization.
2. Team Management and Coordination:
- Manage the daily work of the warehouse team and monitor performance.
- Conduct team training to improve work quality and output.
3. Problem Solving and Process Optimization:
- Assist team members in resolving daily technical or operational issues.
- Analyze business problems, provide supply chain recommendations, and optimize workflows.
4. Risk Control:
- Conduct risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and procedural standards.
5. Project Management:
- May manage projects within own area of expertise, coordinating work and resources.
- Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues to foster team growth.
