Responsible for evaluation and implementation of projects defined according to PM regulations, making sure the achievement of project target and throughout all stages of the Q-gate process.

根据项目管理规定，负责项目的评估和实施，确保项目目标的实现，并贯穿于Q-gate过程的各个阶段。

1. Support Project Manager External in clarifying customer requirements and specifications, during the request for proposal (RFP) and proposal.

在请求提案（RFP）和提案期间，支持外部项目经理澄清客户需求和技术参数。

1. Communication of project information to all internal and external partners (as the only interface for projects defined in PM regulations).

与所有内部和外部合作伙伴沟通项目信息（作为项目管理法规中定义的项目的唯一接口）。

1. Prepare project feasibility analysis and involve cost calculation.

准备项目可行性分析和成本计算。

1. Design and develop technical specifications, and timeline, milestones and budget needed in the project.

设计和开发项目所需的技术规范、时间表、里程碑和预算。

1. Coordinate resources and monitor and report progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.

协调资源，监控并定期向所有相关人员报告进度和里程碑。

1. Negotiate or contribute to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.

1. Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.

1. Manage and control during project execution, in terms of sub-project and work package, etc. (including but not limited to schedule, cost and quality, etc.)

1. Ensure proper documentation of project results, and of all products or technologies delivered.

1. Adhere to PM standards defined and manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff.

1. Contract management

Position Requirement:

职位要求：

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical engineering or related education. 本科以上学历，机械，电气工程等相关专业。
2. At least 5 years’ experience of project management in relevant industry. 5年以上相关行业项目管理经验。
3. Fluent English both in written and oral. 流利的英文读写及口头表达能力。
4. Project management knowledge. 具备项目管理相关知识。
5. Strong ability on cross-function leadership, networking skills, coaching skills and decision making. 具有较强的跨职能领导力，团队合作能力，教练能力以及决策能力。
