Headway is our flagship app, offering summaries of nonfiction bestsellers, daily insights, and gamified challenges. Headway is the world’s most downloaded book summary app and has been featured as App of the Day in over 30 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.
An opportunity to join the development of an EdTech application that has a multi-million audience in social networks — more than 4.1 million followers on Instagram
Ability to focus on managerial and strategic tasks — we already have a creative writer, designer, and posting manager in the team

Analyse competitors and create an SMM strategy
Manage Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages
Develop pages on Quora, Pinterest, Reddit
Implement the content plan together with a copywriter and designer
Conduct brainstorming sessions
Review and approve final content with the product team
Build a network of creators and implement craft video content with contractors
Analyse the performance of social platforms and prepare monthly reports
1+ year of experience as an SMM Manager in an IT product or digital agency
Working with analytics, marketing funnels and metrics (ER, ERR, ROI)
Project management skills
Following innovations in social media
Ability to generate ideas and analyse content through the prism of marketing goals
