Citrix Engineer
Administer and support Citrix Cloud, Citrix DaaS, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments. • Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions for enterprise users. • Configure and maintain Citrix Cloud Connectors, Resource Locations, Workspace, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway. • Support provisioning technologies including Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Provisioning Services (PVS). • Working knowledge of Scripting language - Powershell, Terraform and CI/CD knowledge • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix and virtual desktop-related issues. • Monitor and optimise desktop performance, application delivery, and user experience. • Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements. • Support Citrix infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migration activities. • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teams. • Produce and maintain operational documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articles. • Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
