Job Summary

As a Subject Matter Expert in Azure IaaS and Terraform, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalations and incidents while adhering to service level agreements and quality standards. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction through effective analysis and problem-solving, as well as by mentoring team members and enhancing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents By Analyzing Azure Iaas And Windows Environments, Adhering To Agreed Service Level Agreements.
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators On Best Practices In Azure Iaas And Terraform, While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation For Knowledge Sharing.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance By Participating Actively In Capacity Planning Sessions And Utilizing Terraform For Infrastructure As Code.
4. Facilitate Positive Customer Feedback And Satisfaction By Actively Engaging In Customer Meetings, Addressing Concerns Related To Azure Services, And Providing Effective Communication To Stakeholders.
5. Conduct Root Cause And Trend Analyses Of Incidents, Validating Findings And Generating Reports To Support Performance Improvements And Present Insights To Key Business Stakeholders.

2. Advanced Expertise In Terraform For Infrastructure Automation.
