职位描述：

• 运用扎实的财会与资产评估专业知识，独立分析并解读客户财务报表，准确识别关键数据，并将其转化为符合监管及内部标准的统一格式申报表；
• 主导单项或组合资产的价值测算工作，进行参数合理性判断，并对测算结果负责；
• 独立编制资产评估报告及技术说明文件，确保内容逻辑严谨、依据充分、格式规范；并对报告质量进行自查与优化；
• 通过同花顺、等渠道收集、验证和更新评估所需市场及企业信息，确保数据时效性与可靠性；
• 负责评估项目全流程文档的整理、归档与管理，确保资料完整性、合规性，并支持内外部质控或审计检查；
• 协助指导初级团队成员完成基础工作，参与评估流程优化建议；
• 完成其他与资产评估相关的专业支持工作。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，资产评估、会计、财务管理、金融或相关专业；
• 具备 3 年以上资产评估、财务尽调或相关领域工作经验；
• 具备良好的英文读写能力，可查阅并理解英文财务或行业资料；
• 熟练使用办公软件，熟悉主流金融数据库者优先；
• 工作细致、责任心强，具备较强的逻辑分析能力、沟通协调能力及抗压能力；
• 对专业质量有较高追求，愿意持续学习并提升技术能力。
