The purpose of this role is to develop training programs and materials to help agency teams learn and use internal technology products to support our clients.
Media Capability Need :
Hands on with Programmatic, with focus on Investment Management
L35+ with 7+ years (minimum 2 years in Dentsu)
Preferably has required access/licenses to the tools
Keen interest in developing capability & mentoring employees
The SME Trainer needs to have,
Hands-on experience in Advanced Programmatic
Trained in FacilitateX, Writing Insights & Recommendations andBeing Proactive programs
They will play a crucial role in developing Training content, case-based assessments, conducting engaging training sessions,conducting assessment, provide feedback to learners
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery (65%)
Conduct interactive and advanced-level training sessions.
Deliver workshops, and hands-on training to ensure knowledgetransfer.
Evaluate learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Content Development & Assessment (25%)
Develop comprehensive training modules, case studies, and real-world application exercises.
Create assessment to gauge employee understanding and retention.
Continuously update training materials to align with industry trendsand best practices.
L&D Program Management, with support from L&D Ops (10%)
Manage training schedules, invitations, and reporting
Track attendance and assessments metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan schedule
