What this job involves
Our Talent Acquisition teams are experts inidentifyingand introducing a high volume of industry-specific talent for us. Within the team, our SME - HR Operations performs a valuable role in ensuring compliance within our offer and onboarding processes. Our success is down to their diligence and attention to detail in the collation and storage of key onboarding documents and payroll information.
Accurate andtimelyinputs in HR systems and reports
You will perform aprimarilyresponsibility in ensuring that new hire information in ourrecruitingsystemareaccurateand on time. This role will be at the forefront inmonitoringthe onboarding requirements status of applicants in accordancetothe overall hiring targets. It will be important for you to update relatedreports, andproactively communicate strategies and needed actions to ensure smooth application process for applicants, proper coordination of onboarding activities and overall performance within recruitment project timelines.

Promoting career opportunities, conducting applicant sourcing & screening activities
As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, there may also be chances for you to perform onboarding & recruitment related activities as your share in ensuring the team delivers recruitment targets. Performing activities ranging from sourcing applicants, monitoring referrals conducting interviews eitherthroughphone or face to face, providingrecruitment relatedinstructions, collecting applicationdocumentsand overall promoting the exciting career opportunities offered by the company to increase the pool of interested talents.
Together with the team,you’llalsohave the opportunity towork closely with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, the siteleadersand other departments.

Experience and passion in Talent Acquisition
ABachelor’s Degree in Human Resourcesor a related field preferred. Do you have at least 3-5 years of professional, high-volume recruitmentexperiencepreferably from a BPO or Shared Services company? Do youpossessgood English communication skills? Are you well-versed and highly adaptive to computer-based office administration systems & tools? Are you passionate about promoting employment opportunities and finding talents that fitsharetheobjectivesand values of the company? Are you resourceful, highly organized, have high discipline& integrity? Do you love supporting colleagues inaccomplishingtheir goals? You are whatwe’relooking for!
Onboarding administration execution
Key part of this role focuses on onboarding administration, including the collation of required documentation and payroll information as well as updating HR systems and trackers. You must have a proventrack recordof flawless execution of an administrative process, all while following company standards and procedures. Ensuring that the team practices our ‘I am JLL’ corebehavioursis also under your mandate.
