Job Title

SME - Service Business Operation

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and standardize all relevant internal processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational consistency, including but not limited to service contract review, order booking, billing, T&M quotation, and order management within the team
  • Support the implementation and rollout of all new service-related initiatives associated with business operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders to review, align, and optimize end-to-end upstream and downstream processes, ensuring seamless integration, clear accountability, and consistent execution across the entire service business operation chain
  • Identify risks and support approval process
  • Drive process compliance, SOX, audit readiness
  • Lead continuous improvement and standardization
  • Drive adoption of AI tools to cooperate with professional team
  • Identify high-value use cases such as contract review, billing validation, and quotation automation
  • Collaborate with IT and digital teams to deploy solutions
  • Deliver measurable efficiency improvements
  • Support team of daily operation based on the manager’s plan

Skills & Qualifications / 任职要求

- Strong knowledge of service business processes

- Experience with SAP/D365 preferred

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Experience in digitalization or automation preferred

- Bachelor or above preferred


How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
