Key capabilities:Proven experience leading large-scale technology releases, migrations, infrastructure changes, or cutover activities in a complex enterprise environment.Strong ability to coordinate multiple parallel releases while ensuring adherence to change governance, implementation plans, and change window compliance.Broad technical understanding across infrastructure, networks, enterprise platforms, integration services, and compute environments.Hands-on experience with first-level technical triage, problem investigation, and coordinating resolution across multiple technology teams.Strong situational awareness and ability to rapidly identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and impacts across end-to-end delivery.Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage engineers, platform owners, vendors, and senior executives to drive outcomes.Demonstrated experience leading major incidents, making informed Go/No-Go decisions, and managing escalations under pressure.Excellent communication skills, capable of providing concise and actionable updates to both technical and executive audiences.Strong ownership mindset, with a focus on delivery, issue resolution, and maintaining momentum during critical change windows.Continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, improve release execution, and increase operational resilience.Personal attributes:Calm and decisive under pressure.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Collaborative and influential leadership style.Ability to work independently while maintaining end-to-end accountability for delivery outcomes
