We are seeking a highly driven and customer-centric SME Product Manager to design and develop end-to-end financial solutions tailored for small businesses. This role will lead the full product lifecycle, from market research and product conceptualization to delivery, performance tracking, and continuous enhancement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact SME solutions such as lending, deposit, and collection services
1. Product Backlog & Feature Prioritization
Prioritize features and known issues based on feedback from customer service, real users, and development teams
Lead daily stand-up meetings with developers; update product backlog at least twice weekly
📌 Ensure product development stays on track and resources are effectively allocated
2. User Behavior & Product Performance Analysis
Analyze dashboards and customer feedback weekly
Track adoption rates, drop-off points, NPS, and conversion funnels
Propose UX/UI improvements or new features based on findings
📌 Enhance product usability and improve customer satisfaction
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Facilitate weekly planning sessions with UX/UI, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams
Write clear user stories and lead Agile sprint planning every two weeks
📌 Ensure features are feasible, aligned, and ready for launch
4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Develop and execute test cases with QA and business analysts
Track bugs and follow up until resolution
📌 Deliver quality features with minimized risk
5. Product Design & Innovation for SME Segment
Conduct research, interviews, and surveys to understand SME needs
Develop business cases and product proposals quarterly
Present ideas to leadership for project approval
📌 Build competitive, market-driven solutions for SME customers
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor key product KPIs including revenue, usage, and customer satisfaction
Prepare monthly performance reports for management
📌 Enable data-driven improvements and timely strategy shifts
7. Market Trends & Competitor Analysis
Research weekly on fintech and SME banking trends through reports, articles, or events
Benchmark product features against local and global competitors
📌 Ensure product innovation is ahead of market and aligned with future SME needs
