The ideal candidate should possess:Technical expertise in IT/Security engineering, Cloud and/or Enterprise ArchitectureUnderstanding the business requirement and communicate to IT security team in the technical languageShould be able to work in challenging work environment at customer location with high Senior Management focusRisk management and general operational/initiatives supportExtensive experience as a Business Analyst in IT Security domainSound Engineering systems concepts and principlesAnalytic and conceptual expertise, have ability to quickly prepare PowerPoint presentation w.r.t. to the project and present it to Sr. ManagementKnowledge of business processes and ability to have a business oriented visionAbility to represent the project as a coordinator as wellAbility to adapt to the changing environment that we, as a developing organization, may experienceUnderstanding (Cloud) Security/IT architecture frameworks is considered as a plusIndustry recognized security certification like CEH, CISSP, CISM will be an added advantage Roles and Responsibilities:Business Process AnalysisDetermine how to improve existing business processDetermine which tasks/steps to automate (identify scope and get the requirements)Design the features of IT systems (create functional and non-functional requirements)Implement the new features of the IT security system (technical design)Perform deployment management activitiesProficient in IAM onboarding tasks for application integration to ensure a secure access environment for both users and critical dataTechnical Recommendation and TestingCo-ordinate testing efforts with QAEnsures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely mannerWorks with client personnel to identify required changesCommunicates needed changes to development teamProject ExecutionAssists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedulesTakes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedbackCommunicates and applies project standardsManages resources in accordance with project scheduleConsistently delivers high-quality services to our clientsUnderstands the components of running a fiscally successful projectCommunication Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetingsDelivers informative, well-organized presentationsUnderstands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfullyTeamwork Facilitates effective team interactionAcknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Escalated Tickets While Adhering To Quality Compliance Standards Using Cyberark Pam Tools (Vault, Pvwa, Cpm & Psm) To Meet Service Level Agreements.
2. Mentor Team Members In Best Practices For Identity Management And Cyberark Pam, Prepare Standard Operating Procedures, Maintain Comprehensive Documentation, And Facilitate Knowledge Sharing Sessions.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance Through Rigorous Assessment, Contributing To Effective Capacity Planning Within Cyberark Environments.
4. Foster Positive Customer Relationships By Actively Participating In Meetings To Address Concerns, Utilizing Cyberark Pam Insights To Enhance Service Delivery And Customer Satisfaction.
5. Conduct And Validate Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis Using Cyberark Pam Data To Create Reports That Inform Key Business Stakeholders About Performance Metrics And Improvement Strategies.
