As part of the SME Banking Business Transformation team, you will be responsible for enhancing and implementing solutions for the Bank's Loans and relevant systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining daily production health and optimizing process flows to ensure a seamless loan submission experience for the sales team. This role reports directly to the Head of Business & Corporate Banking (Business Transformation - SME).

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Process & System Enhancement

  • To work closely with all stakeholders and vendors to ensure new requirements and enhancements are catered in the loan origination system.
  • To conduct UAT for bug fixes and improvements in the loan origination system.
  • To assist sales team on the queries or bugs in the loan origination system.
  • To identity gaps, improvements and to gather requirements based on the daily queries or bugs fixes faced by the sales team in the loan origination system
  • To transform non-conventional ways of existing tracking method of Sales’ performance via daily/monthly report excel.
  • To work closely with vendor on the provision of data and reports from LOS for sales performance and productivity tracking.

Process & System Support

  • Supporting system related issues raise by the users, work closely with vendor & IT to fixes the system bugs
  • Performing system UAT testing
  • To review/ propose enhancement to improve user experience
  • A liaison for system enhancements & change request by various internal & external stakeholders i.e IT, Compliance, Data Quality, Bank Negara & etc
  • End to end implementation for the system enhancement, including preparation of UAT testing scripts, performing system UAT testing as well as pre & post production health check

  • Malaysian Citizen

Education/Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar industry and/or consulting with a proven track record in System Support & Sales Management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to effectively convey complex information at all levels.
  • Detailed with numbers, reporting and analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; expert/advance level in both Excel and PowerPoint
