Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Accountability to manage, execute and achieve annual gross adds, revenue, churn and solutions targets. Support partners building capability for cross sell and upsell activities to increase solutions sales

What are you accountable for?

  • Grow, manage & motivate partners to maximize their sales effectiveness & achieve sales targets via regular business planning updates with the business owners & their key sales agents.
  • Build, lead & coach partners to execute business plans aligned with Maxis business direction effectively
  • Opportunity identification: lead & coach partners in identifying new opportunities and facilitates partners with necessary support with Maxis Partners Program
  • New partner recruitment
  • Consistently re-energize dealer’s knowledge about Maxis Enterprise products and solutions selling skills and solution business with training modules to ensure partners meet certification criteria according to Maxis Partners Program
  • Collects market intelligence, industry trend and customers feedback to propose for strategic solutions improvement to Head of Sales on regular basis

What do you need to have for this role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization, preferably in business, IT, marketing or related disciplines
  • 3 to 5 years in corporate sales (B2B) and/or channel sales management preferably from telecommunications or other related industries
  • Candidate need to have an acute sense of business savvy and able to motivate, manage & develop strong partners (business dealers)
  • Result oriented with the drive to exceed sales target
  • Good interpersonal & presentation skills with strong client orientation
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, a candid team player who collaborates with peers to solve problems
  • Confident and professional in representing the company in person and writing
