This is a fast-paced, high energy, sales and account management role requiring industry expertise, and the capability to consistently grow revenue. In addition to meeting and exceeding your revenue targets, you will be a key part of helping us grow Aleph platforms and its advertising business.

What you'll do

  • You will drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio, and proactively developing strategies to expand client investment across Aleph platforms.
  • Through a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach, you will develop keen insight into your clients’ businesses, and help them meet their marketing objectives by using Aleph platforms.
  • You will deliver value to Aleph advertisers via strong analytical abilities, communication skills and deep subject matter expertise of Aleph platforms promoted products.
  • You will lead ideation and brainstorming sessions and help crystallize ideas into actionable campaign solutions for advertisers. You will also organize and lead webinars to promote platform solutions and updates, as well as address common challenges and pain points faced by clients across the markets you work with.
  • You will execute campaign optimization and analysis using internal tools and dashboards. You will resolve campaign issues, identify and implement process improvements with guidance from your Manager and by partnering with Ad Operations on more complex issues as necessary.
  • You will cultivate client relationships, upsell new ideas, and drive contract completion and renewals.

What you need for this role

  • BA/BS degree (in lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience).
  • 2+ years of related experience in the digital or media industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Portuguese is a plus..
  • Strong commitment to beating targets, a passionately positive attitude, and an incredible work ethic.
  • Solid quantitative background in finding trends and opportunities within data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for actively resolving issues.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment.
