What You Will Do

  • Drive sales by engaging with small to medium-sized businesses, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Utilize OpenAI technologies to enhance customer interactions and improve sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and proactive outreach.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry best practices.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and customer success strategies.
  • Experience working with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with the Edtech or Devtools sectors.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Compensation and Benefits
