WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will be a critical partner to our US Wholesale team, helping bring our commercial strategies to life! You will serve as the operational backbone of the business – connecting sales, marketing, operations and customer needs across the seasons. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, is a self-starter and takes pride in turning great plans into exceptional execution. This role reports to the Head of US Wholesale for icebreaker and Smartwool and will partner closely with the internal and external sales team.

Sales Development Analysis: Utilize customer sales and orderbooks to optimize sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization
Consumer Engagement: Provide logistical and administrative support for retailer events and promotional activities including supporting the field service rep program
Regional OPEX Tracking and Invoicing: Monitor and track operational expenses for the wholesale business and coordinate invoicing processing to ensure accurate and timely submission
Commission payments: Review and update account information and commission structures for monthly agency reimbursement
Samples: Manage sample inventory, distribution, and tracking for sales team and key accounts in collaboration with the operations team and Denver Operations Center. This includes supporting end of life sample programs i.e. sample sales etc.
Seeding: Facilitate allocation and ordering of internal and external sales seeding and monitor spend against agreed budgets for sales team seeding budgets.
Fixtures: Partner with the regional marketing team to identify wholesale fixture needs and facilitate collation of requests, ordering, receiving and shipping to retail accounts
Showroom Management: Maintain an organized and functional showroom space and support in the setup of business meeting and sell-ins utilizing the space
Workbook: Maintain and update the sales workbook, including sales forecasts, targets, and maintain usage and future planning and collaborate with the B2B team
Sales Meetings and Tradeshows: Support team members in executing all events including sales meeting and trade show set ups, tear downs. This requires close partnership with the marketing team on making the creative vision come to life through graphics, booth and visual executions.
GTM Resources: Ensure sell-in resources are current and accurate within the Sales SharePoint sites
Cross Department Collaboration: this role will work closely cross departmentally with marketing, sales, sales ops, merch and finance on various support level roles that ultimately impact revenue and brand execution in the market.
WHAT YOU NEED:

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2+ years of experience and professional achievements.

Location requirement: This role operates on a hybrid schedule out of our HQ in Denver, CO 3 days a week.
Hiring Range
$56,160.00 USD - $70,200.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
