
This position sits within IAWAI, a council-controlled organisation and multi-council shared services partnership that delivers quality water and infrastructure services across the Waikato region.
The Smart Water team plays a key role in helping communities understand and value water as a precious resource. As a Smart Water Engagement Advisor, you'll deliver education and engagement programmes that inspire residents to use water wisely, adopt water-saving behaviours, and contribute to a more sustainable future for our region.

We're looking for two enthusiastic Engagement Assistants to deliver community events that promote water conservation.
In this hands-on role, you'll work mainly on weekends setting up and running a stand at community events. You will be engaging with the community about the importance of saving water and representing Smart Water in a friendly and professional manner.
Your day will involve transporting, packing, setting up, manning and packing down all equipment needed to run a market stall.
