About the Opportunity:

A leading hotel in Kuwait, is seeking a skilled and reliable Smart Parking Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this vital role, you will play a key role in maintaining the optimal functionality of our state-of-the-art smart parking system. This innovative system ensures a seamless parking experience for our guests.

You will utilize your technical expertise and mechanical skills to:

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on the smart parking system, including cleaning sensors, calibrating equipment, and checking for wear and tear.
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to ensure efficient operation.
• Replace faulty sensors, actuators, and other system components following established procedures (a video of the system and specific maintenance procedures will be provided).
• Collaborate with external vendors for advanced repairs or system upgrades as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including parts replaced and repairs performed.
• Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of the smart parking system and related technologies.
• Assist hotel staff and guests with any inquiries or concerns regarding the smart parking system.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking area.
• Adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a mechanic or in a related technical field, with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of basic mechanical principles and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience working with computer-controlled systems and a willingness to learn new technologies is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, a commitment to proactive maintenance, and a problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, vendors, and guests.
• A valid Kuwaiti driver's license is required.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
