Your Role at Delta Faucet
We are seeking a Smart Manufacturing Transformation Engineer to lead the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations and help shape the future of our smart factory strategy. In this highly visible role, you will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Information Systems teams to modernize manufacturing environments through automation, industrial data solutions, connected technologies, and process optimization. You will play a key role in defining and implementing scalable Industry 4.0 solutions across multiple manufacturing sites while establishing standards that support growth, operational excellence, and future acquisitions.
