Job Description

【Job Description】 1. Create project plans with cross-function team members and work out concrete schedule.
2. Prepare proposal and progress reports for stakeholders and/or users.
3. Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
4. Identify the resources needed for the project and bring about.
5. Oversee the implementation of project improvements and conduct performance reviews.
6. Control the project budget and balance ROIC to accomplish projects on cost-efficiency-oriented.
7. Leverage practical projects from USI worldwide sites, and play a key role to collaborate between users and local SI venders.
8. Fan out i4.0 modules of smart factory at TW site
9. Drive cost saving on manufacturing enhancement and improvement to catch target by automations.
10. Facilitate site Smart-Manufacturing-Factory level based on 5-Star magnitude.
