Smart Contract Developer, Trading / Exchange Platform (blockchain, crypto) | remote in Asia

We are seeking dynamic Smart Contract Developer to join a leading global fintech company specializing in digital trading solutions. This is a unique opportunity to architect and manage innovative platforms that revolutionize how users engage with financial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize secure and efficient smart contracts using Rust, ensuring alignment with functional requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to define the architecture for decentralized applications (dApps) and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Develop and execute robust testing strategies, including unit and integration tests, to ensure the reliability and security of smart contracts. Participate in code audits and security reviews to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the deployment of smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, ensuring smooth operation in a live environment. Troubleshoot and resolve any post-deployment issues effectively.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for smart contracts, including design specifications, technical guides, and user manuals to support future development and onboarding processes.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between smart contracts and user interfaces. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements within the Solana ecosystem. Explore and experiment with new tools and technologies to enhance development processes and improve product offerings.
• Engage with the Solana developer community through forums, meetups, and contributions to open-source projects, sharing insights and best practices to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Strong foundational knowledge in programming languages such as Rust or C.
• Contributions to open-source projects related to Solana or blockchain.
• Proven experience in developing smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
• Familiarity with decentralized application development and Web3 technologies.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and cryptographic principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, or other blockchain use cases.
