To plan, organize, and deliver small group personal training programs, including TRX, to participants in accordance with YMCA goals and objectives.

What you’ll do
Plan, develop, organize and lead specific activities and routines for all participants with various alternatives based on skill level.
Lead with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program.
Organize and maintain program records, (i.e., attendance record, rosters, etc.)
Manage and maintain all equipment.
Communicate effectively and timely with program participants.
Promote other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person.
Ensure compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsWhat You'll Need
18 years of age with high school diploma or GED required
Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification or Group Exercise Certification
Training and qualifications in the specialized instruction area required
Demonstrated ability to develop and teach program skills
Obtain and maintain all additional new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
